The Project
Earth Forms was chosen because of our ability to meet the demanding requirements of the job, our experience in high profile projects, and our track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.  This was a "design/built" high-end model complex, which included concrete bridges, 96" box Oak trees, outdoor lighting, putting greens, orchards, tot lots, pool, spa - you name it...

Demanding Requirements
Contracted directly by Brook Hills Development, Earth Forms was solely responsible for the management of 100% exterior development. This included the final design, bid packages, selected subcontractors, project schedule, project management, permits, a true turn-key landscape model complex. There were three houses, each with over two acres of space to landscape. We had 90 days from start to finish to have this work completed. Transforming these spaces into wonderful examples of what other people could do to there homes, was challenging and very rewarding. The models opened, the project received deposits for the next 4 phases...everyone was happy. Currently the pool, spa, putting green, tot lot, etc.. are being used by the lucky home owners who purchased them.

On Time, On Budget
To this day, we still get requests to install the "same" type of landscape as we did at the models for private home owners. This project has left an impression of how much value there really is in outdoor space.
